Marib, NewsYemen, Exclusive:

Since the last victory recorded by the Marib fronts, two years ago, the media has been filled with accusations exchanged between all the parties that are fighting there.

The Minister of Defense says that 70% of the national army is illusory, and that those on the fronts are only 30% of their total strength. The minister is exposed to media campaigns against his corruption, just as the chief of the General Staff, Saghir bin Aziz, is subjected to it. Military and popular leaders from Mareb say And Sanaa and even from Taiz, Rayma and Dhamar, whose headquarters are in Marib. All capabilities are in the hands of the "Brotherhood" and they all, as well as those who do not belong to the Brotherhood of the National Army, are excluded from the capabilities.

And from Saudi Arabia, the dismissal of Prince Fahd bin Turki was only one of the events that took place amid accusations reported in the media by Saudi analysts against the corruption of the National Army administration, and its suspension of brigades' allocations that were proven to be corrupt.

Then we see campaigns accusing the coalition of negligence and not supplying the national army with sufficient weapons to defend Marib, and the news comes revealing weapons and equipment that the Houthis have acquired from the stores of the fronts that remained stagnant until the Houthi took control of them. Then the news of the Saudi aviation, which is marching with the fighters against the Houthi hour by hour, continues, confirming that the coalition is providing generous blood, but the Yemeni leadership says that it is insufficient support, and its forces are without salaries for months .. Saudi Arabia says it will not pay the money to an army whose leader says that 70% of it is fake .

For two years, legitimacy has not achieved any victory. The Houthi forces control tens of kilometers, then the war stops, and legitimacy regains one kilometer, which is presented as major victories, and then the Houthi will return and control dozens more. Within two years, there was no change except for the appointment of Brigadier General Saghir bin Aziz as chief of the General Staff. Marib was caught up in conflicts between the seventh and third regions, both logistically under the control of the Brotherhood, and the third shifted its forces to Shabwa and then Shaqra, but nevertheless the Brotherhood considers that Saudi support is directed towards the third more than the seventh, and it seeks support to form a force from the third region to fight the Houthis instead of the seventh Which followed its defeats from Nihm and Al-Jawf, but it counted its steadfastness in what remained of the border districts between Sanaa and Marib, such as Medghal, Majzar and Raghwan.

The reciprocal campaigns between the Saudis and the Brotherhood and the legitimacy in Marib coincided with the continuation of work also with the same rules about which each side criticizes the other, in a strange parallel that raises the question: How do they expect victory if each of them preserves the causes of defeat, even according to each other's point of view.

And recently, the Muslim Brotherhood leader, who lives in Ankara, Hamid al-Ahmar, said that legitimacy is only a sham authority, and that the Arab coalition is the one that manages the war in Yemen, and it is the one that bears responsibility for the deviations that the war has witnessed.

Earlier, al-Ahmar called the coalition to provide adequate support to the National Army to liberate Sanaa and the entire Yemen from the Houthi coup, blaming the coalition’s failures for the army in Marib, Al-Jawf and Nihm.

Whereas Brotherhood leaders recently unanimously accused the Arab coalition, led by the Kingdom, of neglecting Marib, demanding its withdrawal, and Turkish interference in the Yemeni file as part of an Islamic coalition to defeat the Houthis.

The Saudi military analyst, retired Brigadier General Hassan al-Shehri, said that Yemeni legitimacy was the strongest link during the year 2015 and from 2016 it began to decline when the vice president and first official of the front was appointed.

Political analyst Muhammad Ali Allaw commented on the statements of the Brotherhood’s leaders towards the Arab coalition, saying in a tweet to him on "Twitter", when Jabbari and Hamid al-Ahmar agree to demand the coalition to withdraw from Marib in light of the coalition's air cover that prevents the Houthis from entering Marib and without Marib was brought down months ago. He confirms that these Brotherhood members have agreed with the Houthis to bring down Marib and hand it over to them, otherwise it is appropriate for them to raise this demand.
