The Brotherhood militia kidnapped a member of the local leadership in the Southern Transitional Council in Shabwa governorate.
Human rights activist Anis Al-Sharik said in a post on the social networking site "Facebook" that forces affiliated with the governor of Shabwa, on Sunday evening, kidnapped Thabet Abdullah Al-Khulaifi, a member of the local leadership of the Southern Transitional Council, and took him to an unknown destination.
According to Al-Sharik , Thabet Abdullah Al-Khulaifi is the brother of the martyr Ahmed Abdullah Al-Khulaifi, a member of the Shabwani Elite, who was killed in the terrorist attack on the Nokhan checkpoint.
Al-Shureik pointed out that, since the forces and militias of the Yemeni Reform Party, affiliated with the Governor of Shabwa, "Muhammad Saleh Bin Adew", they have practiced numerous violations, including killing, kidnapping, enforced disappearance, illegal arrests, and torture of detainees.
Al-Sharik held the governor of Shabwa governorate, the legitimacy presidency and its government fully responsible for all violations, crimes and kidnappings that take place in Shabwa.
