Six members of the Houthi militia, which are on the black list of terrorist organizations, were killed, and others were wounded, on Thursday, in a controlled ambush in the Tuhayat District, south of Hodeidah Governorate.
A field military source stated that the members of the joint forces carried out a tight ambush on the elements of Iran's infiltrating arm, east of the city of Al-Tuhayta, killing six, including the leader of the group and wounding others, while those who survived fled.
The source pointed out that the members of the joint forces fought armed clashes with the infiltrating Houthi elements after they were lured, and inflicted heavy losses on the militias in lives and equipment.
