The Administrative Court stopped the decision to appoint Ahmed Al-Musai as a public prosecutor

On Wednesday, the Administrative Court in the capital, Aden, issued its ruling in the case filed by the Judges Club against President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi's decision regarding the appointment of the Public Prosecutor.
The verdict decided to accept the defenses submitted by the Ministry of Legal Affairs and Case No. 107 in form and in the subject matter, as well as suspending the validity of the decision issued regarding appointing Ahmed Al-Mousai as a public prosecutor until the case is decided.
The court also decided to refer the case to the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic for a decision.
