Ali Mohsen refused a US banking mechanism to prevent the salaries of Yemeni soldiers being stolen

A Yemeni activist recalled, in a statement by the former US ambassador to Yemen, Gerald Feierstein, in which he revealed that General Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmar was banned from working with a bank service provided by the United States, to disburse the salaries of the Yemeni military while ensuring that they are not stolen by senior officers.
In a tweet on his Twitter account, Feierstein said, "We tried to provide a bank service in 2012 to ensure that the military received their salaries and to help stop theft by senior officers, but this measure was prevented by Ali Mohsen and others."
Commenting on the US ambassador’s statement, activist Khaled Luqman said on Twitter: Mohsen, whose first armored division with its 23 brigades disappeared within hours in front of Al Houthi, will he fight Houthi?
