While "Sabtan" was about to move with his children and family to the village of Al-Markoudah in Al-Durahami, south of Al-Hodeidah governorate, the Iranian arm hit him with a bullet in the head that almost took his life.
Citizen Sabtan Salem Omar, from the Dakhnan area in the Al-Duraihimi district, recounts an incident of being hit in the head by a bullet by the Houthi militia in its recent attack on the district, which displaced hundreds of families far from their homes and villages.
He says: I was transferred to the field hospital in Al-Duraihimi to receive treatment, after a Houthi gunshot settled in my head.
He added: I feel scared. The bloody trend of the Houthi militia shows that they have no mercy.
He asks: What if I died as a result of that shot? Who will take care for my children after me?
He pointed out to the cruelty of the militias that they wasted the blood of the citizens in the militia areas and spoke only in the language of gunpowder and is only good at making death.
Sabtan is one of thousands of residents living in Al Hodeidah Governorate, and the Houthi militias are still committing the most heinous human crimes against them amidst an absolute international silence, while tragedies increase, terror spreads in all residential villages.
