On Tuesday, December 1, 2020, the southern forces thwarted an infiltration attempt by members of the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm in Yemen, in Murais , in the north of Al-Dhalea Governorate (south of the country).
Field sources said that the southern resistance thwarted an infiltration operation by the Houthis towards their sites in Mount Weinan, north of Qataba district.
It indicated that the reconnaissance unit monitored the movements of the Houthi groups from the beginning and lured them to the depths and dealt them with a sudden blow with various medium and light weapons.
It pointed out that the operation caused a state of great confusion among the infiltrating elements, and resulted in deaths and injuries among them, before the rest fled.
