The governor of Aden, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas, has enjoyed a wide popular turnout by citizens, which is the first time that people have gathered around an official in Yemen.
The governor of Lamlas was able to reduce tension in the capital, Aden, despite the continued weakness of services, and only weeks had passed since his assumption of the post.
After his appointment as governor, Ahmed Hamed Lamlas worked to change directors of directorates without political criteria, and referred negligent officials for investigation.
Lamlas spends most of the time among people and finds their suffering, and works hard to find solutions to it.
The "NewsYemen" channel, on YouTube, publishes a motion graphic video, which reviews the most prominent features of the Southern Transitional Council project, embodied by the governor of Aden, including the enforcement of the law, activating the performance of institutions, security discipline, and the rehabilitation of the southern capital.
