Dead and wounded, including a woman, in an exchange of artillery shelling between the army and the Houthis in Taiz

An exchange of artillery shelling in Taiz governorate between the army forces on one side, and the Houthi militia, the Iranian arm, on the other hand, resulted in two deaths, including a woman.
According to NewsYemen's sources, a motorbike driver was killed in the Al-Hawban area when a shell landed from army positions, while a woman was killed and 11 other civilians were wounded in the city of Taiz.
Local sources told NewsYemen that the bombing targeted the Kumb neighborhoods, the vicinity of Martyrs Square, Souk Al Samil, Al-Hawdh area, and the governorate from the location of the militia’s stationing in Sofitel hill.
According to a military source, the Houthi militia tank stationed in Softail and Jaasha hills, lined the residential neighborhoods in the east of the city, with more than 15 shells.
According to our sources, the army artillery in al-Akhwah hill and Jarrah mountain responded to the militia’s stationing sites, and one of its shells targeted a motorbike driver in the Al-Hawban area, which is under the control of the Houthi militia.
