Two young men were killed and a third was wounded when a Houthi device exploded in Al-Bayda

Two young men were killed and a third was wounded, when an explosive device planted by the Houthi militia in the Quraishia district of the Qaifa of Baradaa, Al-Bayda governorate, (central Yemen) exploded.

A local source said that an explosive device planted by the Houthi militia on the road near a military site belonging to it exploded on Friday, September 18, 2020, after three young men from the "Al-Jawf" tribe took it and transported it on their motorcycle that they were traveling to their hometown in the village of "Al-Shaqba" in the district  Quraishia.

The sources added that the explosion of the explosive device led to the death of Hamza Ahmed Al-Joufi (23 years old), and the young man, Sanah Qaid Al-Joufi (18 years), while the young man, Abdulrab Al-Joufi (18 years), was seriously injured.

The sources indicated that the three young men were determined to dismantle the explosive device and detonate it in one of the reefs and valleys near their village.
