Rosie Diaz, a spokesperson for the British government, in the Middle East and North Africa, commented on Monday about the crime of torture and killing of the twenty-year-old, Abdullah Al-Aghbry, at the hands of five people in a phone shop in the Yemeni capital, Sanaa, which is under the control of the Houthi militia.
Diaz said, in a tweet on her Twitter account, "I cannot even imagine the suffering that Abdullah Al-Aghbry lived, may God have mercy on him ... gruesome torture and horrific killing."
A spokeswoman for the British government added, "This crime is among many crimes that occur in Yemen, and the perpetrators must be brought to justice."
"Ending the war in Yemen remains a priority for us to bring about the peace the Yemenis deserve," she concluded.
