The UAE welcomes developments in the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement

The United Arab Emirates welcomed the developments in the resumption of the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement between the Yemeni government and the Southern Transitional Council, with the aim of achieving security and stability and the peace and development industry in Yemen, expressing its hope that its implementation will be accelerated.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation commended the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in achieving progress in implementing the Riyadh Agreement, and its support and support for everything that is in the interest of the Yemeni people and contributes to its stability and security, according to the official Emirates News Agency (WAM).
It stressed the importance of the Yemeni forces ’solidarity and cooperation and the primacy of the supreme national interest to address the risks to which Yemen is exposed, foremost of which is the Houthi coup, and the Ministry renewed its commitment to stand by the Yemeni people and support its legitimate aspirations in development, security and peace within the framework of its policy in support of everything that meets the interests of the peoples of the region.
