The Muslim Brotherhood militia attacked the sites of the 35 armored brigade, today, in the city of Al-Turbah, the center of the Shamaytain District, south of Taiz Governorate, central Yemen.
Local sources said that the Brotherhood militia launched its attack, at noon today, Tuesday, at the sites of the 35 armored brigade in Sabran mountain and the attack is still continuing.
According to the sources, the Brotherhood's militias aim to tighten their control over the positions of the 35 armored brigade (Sabran mountain and Baihan camp) surrounding the city of al-Turbah.
This attack comes after weeks of preparation and mobilization for the Brotherhood-mobilized militia, funded by the State of Qatar, as part of their strategic plan to control Al-Hujariyah that began with the assassination of Brigadier Adnan al-Hammadi, the commander of the 35th Armored Brigade, at the end of last year.
