Shots fired by kit, in Taiz, causes the death of a citizen and the injury of his family members

Eyewitnesses at Al-Bireen Junction said that Mr. Sadiq Al-Barakani, who died, yesterday, on Tuesday, in a traffic accident, came under fire from Al-Bireen Security Point before he lost control of his car and collided with a crane on the side of the road.
The witnesses added that Al-Barakani crossed from the point in the car, with his family, including children, and as he crossed the point shooting was fired at his car by a point soldier, and then by a kit that pursued him and shot from an average of 12.7.
Sources close to Mr. Sadiq Al-Barakani held the security authorities fully responsible for the accident, which led to the death of Mr. Sadiq Al-Barakani, and the injury of two of his children, his wife, and a fourth person, some of whom were lying in intensive care.
The Al-Sharajah Village Cooperative Development Council in Jabal Habshi, Taiz Governorate, issued a statement confirming that the successive crimes against the people of the village prove that those affiliated with the security services are nothing but gangs and militias that can’t be stopped.
The statement stressed that this crime is not the first and certainly will not be the last. These militias, affiliated with security and the army, have found fertile grounds in the village of Al-Sharajah to carry out their diabolical whims of killing, looting and violation.
The statement called on the people of Al-Sharajah village, Jabal Habashi, to unite the class with all their stripes, spectra, and affiliations, to form a broad family capable of protecting its members from the oppression of unjust tyrants.
The statement carried the officials of the governorate of the repercussions of those repeated crimes against the sons of isolation of Al-Sharajah, and demanded the governor of the province and its director of security and the head of the Public Prosecution and the President of the Criminal Court to direct the arrest of all those involved in the commission of this heinous crime to receive their fair punishment.
