The joint forces managed to seize a smuggling shipment carrying motorcycles and cigarettes in the Al-Tuhita district, which was on its way to the Houthi militias in the Al-Jarrahi district, south of Hodeidah.
Military sources in the joint forces stated that the forces of the "Fourth Brigade Giants" were able to seize a truck carrying 305 cartons of smuggled cigarettes and 4 motorcycles.
The sources said that they had seized a sum of six million four hundred thousand Yemeni riyals, and an amount of fifteen thousand Saudi riyals in smugglers possession.
The joint forces also seized another smuggling operation carrying 9 motorcycles.
The sources indicated that the shipment of smuggled cigarettes and motorbikes was on its way to the Houthi militia in the Al-Jarrahi district of Al-Hodeidah Governorate.
It indicated that the joint forces had previously foiled smuggling operations in several areas of the West Coast and in territorial waters that were on their way to the Houthi militia.
