Thousands of citizens attended the funeral of the martyr, Brigadier General Adnan Al Hammadi, commander of the 35th Armored Brigade, this morning, Friday, in his hometown of Al-Mawaset district, south of Taiz Governorate, central Yemen.
On Friday morning, the funeral procession was launched from Khalifa Hospital in the city of Al-Turbah to the cemetery of Brigadier General Adnan Al Hammadi in the village of Yafuq Islah Bani Hammad in Al-Mawaset District.
The funeral witnessed a large official and popular presence indicating the place in which the martyr Adnan Al Hammadi attends to the people of the governorate in general and Al Hajryah in particular.
It is noteworthy that the family of the martyr Adnan Al-Hammadi decided to bury him after a long reluctance before announcing the results of investigations with those involved in his assassination, and revealed the scheme and the financier of the assassination.
It is noteworthy that Brigadier General Adnan Muhammad Al Hammadi, Commander of the 35th Armored Brigade, was killed by the fire of his brother Jalal and his cousin, Mustafa Abdel Qadir, leader of the Islah party last December 2, inside his house in village of Bani Hammad.
