According to the military media of the joint forces, the remnants of the Houthi militia pockets stationed in remote areas carried out, at dawn, as part of their escalating breaches of an attempted suicide infiltration towards the southeastern suburbs of Al-Tahita city, the center of the district, but it was unsuccessful in the face of readiness and vigilance of the joint forces that were on the lookout.

It explained that the Houthi militia elements tried to infiltrate through dense farms and soon found themselves in ambushes for the heroes of the joint forces, where a number of them were killed and wounded while the rest fled towards the Zabid line.

In the early hours of Saturday morning, the Houthi militia doubled its losses when it attempted to infiltrate again to withdraw the bodies of its personnel scattered among the farms.

The combined forces' artillery also destroyed an artillery store used by the Houthi militia in its coverage of intruders.

A number of militia members were killed at dawn and Friday evening, as a result of two unsuccessful infiltration attempts, the first towards Al-Jah area, Beit Al-Faqih district, and the second, southeast of Al-Tahita.
