The Health Office in Al-Jawf Governorate revealed that the Houthi militia militias had burned the doctors residence in the Al-Jawf Hospital Authority, looted the health office and hospital stores, tampered with its contents, closed Al-Hazm hospital, and turned health buildings into a military barracks.
The office, in a statement, Thursday, condemned these violations committed by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia for the health sector in the province, and hold it fully responsible for these violations, pointing out that the closure of health facilities and turning them into military barracks threatens the lives of civilians, especially women, children and the elderly.
The statement called on international organizations to document these crimes and condemn these practices and work to investigate them in a way that contributes to reducing them and bringing their perpetrators to justice, calling for measures to protect health facilities from violations by Houthi militias.
An official source in Al-Jawf Governorate revealed, on Tuesday, that the Iranian-backed Houthi militia executed two doctors in Al-Hazm city, in the context of their crimes against the health sector.
The director of the information office in Al-Jouf Governorate, Yahya Qama ', said, in statements he posted on his Twitter account, that the Houthi militia executed two doctors working in the health office in Al-Hazm district.
Since their control of the Al-Hazm and Al-Ghail districts, at the weekend, human rights reports spoke about crimes and violations committed by the Houthis, especially in the city of Al-Hazm, the center of Al-Jawf governorate, which included kidnappings of dozens of civilians, the bombing of homes, theft of public property and the detention of people as human shields.
