UAE prepares complete city in 48 hours for returnees from China

The UAE has prepared a complete city with more than a thousand rooms, in less than 48 hours, to receive stranded citizens of Arab and foreign countries who the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed announced their evacuation from the Chinese province of Hubei, the source of the Corona virus.
The "Humanitarian City" in Abu Dhabi was equipped with the necessary equipment and supplies to conduct the necessary medical examinations to care for the evacuees, to ensure their safety, and to put them under quarantine for a period of not less than 14 days.
During this period, they will be provided with an integrated health care system by medical and service personnel 24 hours a day, in line with the standards of the World Health Organization, until their safety is fully confirmed.
Sky News Arabia quoted the leader of the medical response team, Director General of the Abu Dhabi Center for Public Health, Matar Saeed Al Nuaimi, as saying: "Medical care will start for the guests once they board the plane to Abu Dhabi, as a medical team will accompany them."
He added, "Once they arrive at Abu Dhabi Airport, initial medical examinations will be taken there, and then they will head to the humanitarian city."
