Emirates Red Crescent Authority has answered a distress call from the Health and Population Bureau at Al Tuhita District in Al Hodeidah Governorate, due to the spread of some diseases in the region, by running a mobile clinic to the tax area.

A worker in the medical team said that the mobile medical clinic of the Emirates Red Crescent went to Al-Dhareebah area in Al-Tuhaita, in response to a distress call made by the Health and Population Bureau to treat the injured patients from the people of the area.

The medical clinic received dozens of cases of fever, malaria and dengue, and all the infected cases were examined and free treatments were provided.

It is noteworthy that the Red Crescent Authority launched a massive campaign at the end of last year to fight the epidemics that had spread again in the West Coast.
