An official in the Houthi coup government said that understandings between the Houthi militias and tribes in the Ma'rib governorate led to the handing over of two districts, which is a very dangerous development if confirmed, and the local authority did not suspend Ma'rib until his hour.

The tribal sheikh, affiliated with the Murad tribe in Marib, also referred to other similar mediations to hand over the rest of the governorate’s directorates.

Expectations and eyes are increasingly directed towards Marib, especially after the Houthis' suspicious seizure of Al-Jouf after insatiable.

Hussein Hazeb, Minister of Higher Education in the government of the Houthi revolutionaries and Iran's arm in Yemen, said in a tweet on Twitter on Tuesday evening: "Good luck to those seeking the return of the Marib Governorate to the embrace of the Republic of Yemen by peaceful means, and to spare it blood and destruction."

Hazeb, who belongs to the Ma'rib Governorate and one of Murad's notables, also thanked the "tribes that had understanding with the army and the popular committees in Raghwan and Mazar," pointing to other understandings under way, wishing they would be completed.

The Madghel and Majzar districts are to the west and northwest of Marib Governorate, towards Al-Jawf Governorate.

Hazeb concluded his tweet by saying, "Sufficiency, wounds and pain, may God protect everyone, and save our precious province."

It was not possible to verify the information provided by Sheikh, who is affiliated with the Murad tribe and the minister in the coup government, as no clarifications or comments were issued by the legitimate government or the local authority affiliated with the Islah party in Marib.
