Dr. Abu Bakr Al-Qirbi, Assistant Secretary-General of the Popular Congress, expressed surprise at the calls that some are now making for new alliances that expand the circle of conflict, destruction and dependence abroad instead of looking for a Yemeni-Yemeni solution that stops the war and saves the homeland.

Dr. Al-Qirbi, in a tweet on his Twitter account, considered these invitations as an extension of the "contradictions of the February 11, 2011 coalition forces, which the martyr leader Ali Abdullah Saleh had previously warned of and led our country to conflicts that we pay for today."

He said: "The leader warned of the forces of the 2/11 coalition and that they do not have the vision or ability to manage the state for its contradictions that will lead to conflicts, which we will pay for."

"Today, instead of calling for an end to the war and for a Yemeni-Yemeni solution that saves Yemen, we find those who are looking for new alliances that expand the conflict and increase the destruction and dependence of the outside," he added.

Dr. Al-Qurbi concluded by saying, "Is there a conscience awakening for all of us?"
