"Joint Forces" break a Houthi offensive and shoot down a "Drone" in Hodeidah

On Tuesday, units of the joint forces responded to a large-scale attack by the Houthi militia, with artillery shelling, in the Al-Durhimi district, south of Hodeidah.
Simultaneously, the joint forces detonated a Houthi drone , while it was flying over the Durhimi Directorate.
A military source said that the Houthi militia carried out a suicide infiltration attempt towards the joint forces' locations in Al-Durhimi, under the cover of heavy artillery shelling.
The source said that the Houthi militia paved the way to an attempt to infiltrate the siege of its members, fortified by the city, through artillery shelling that killed two individuals and wounded three others from the joint forces.
It added that the joint forces responded firmly to the attempt to infiltrate and put down the Houthi militia fire and incurred heavy material and human losses.
The source pointed out that the Houthi escalation coincides with the state of confusion experienced by the militia in Hodeidah and the West Coast, amid military and humanitarian violations of the Sweden agreement.
