The Houthi militia appointed the next leader from training courses in Iran, Abdul-Ghani Safra, to lead the training camps in the Hodeidah governorate, west of Yemen.

Militias have accelerated recruitment and forced recruitment operations in Hodeidah directorates to increased and active training camps in more than one region and district.

Newsyemen learned that the so-called "Abu Hussein" superintendent of the Al-Zaydiyah directorate had mobilized 20 children without adulthood, from Al-Zaydiyah city and its countryside to support the fronts.
