Houthi militia escalates militarily between Al-Bayda and Lahj

A field source said that the Houthi militia launched an attack, late on Saturday evening, on the military secret point on the administrative boundary between the Thi Naem (Al-Bayda) Directorate and the Al-Hidd (Lahj) Directorate, in which units of the security belt, giants, and southern resistance are stationed in the Al-Hidd Yafa District.
Concurrently, clashes erupted between the two sides following the Houthi attack on the Al-Dimah and Jabal Sabr locations, which are stationed by the southern forces.
According to the sources, the confrontations, during which heavy and medium weapons were used and lasted until the early hours of Sunday morning, resulted in breaking the Houthi attack and returning its groups to their previous positions.
This attack is the first since September 2019, as the region witnessed several Houthi attacks that ended in failure and incurred losses in tools and equipment.
