Brig. Gen. Talal Mahmoud Abdul Hamid, President of the Republic, His Deputy, Minister of Defense and Chief of Staff, appealed for redress from the fact that his salary was unfairly deducted by the chief of staff of 22nd Brigade, Mika, and Brigadier General Al-Mahifdi.

In a complaint received by Newsymen, Dr. Mahmoud said that Al-Muhadedi is withholding 65,000 riyals from his salary on the basis of his presentation of another doctoral degree and on his own account - despite the high costs - at the American International University in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and to provide an official statement.

Mahmoud said he is subjected to arbitrary deductionfrom his salary despite being an officer in the armed forces and the rank of Brigadier General Of The Corner Doctor and working as a provincial adviser for military affairs, including the strength of the 22nd Brigade.

Dr. Mahmoud accused Al-Muhadi of ordering a 10-day absence, despite orders from the brigade commander to exempt him from deductions because he was studying graduate studies.

He also accused al-Mufidi of discounting every officer who is not present, knowing that those who are being discounted have not been assigned positions of work and are ready to work, most of whom are former officers in the armed forces.

Dr. Mahmoud, president of the Republic, appealed to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Security to be fair to the arbitrary deduction to which his salary is unfairly subjected, and to return his benefits, which were deducted during the previous period, and to compensate him for this.
