A superintendent from the Houthi militias was killed in the district of Al-Tahita, south of Al-Hodeidah Governorate, days after he killed a field leader in a bloody conflict between Iran's mercenaries.

Private sources reported that the Houthi superintendent Abdullah Abdo Atifah, killed three days ago, field leader "Abu Zakaria" in a dispute over the quantity of ammunition.

It added that Atifah had fled after he killed Abu Zakaria before he was found dead in a restaurant in Al-Mughars area, south of Al-Tahita.

The sources suggest that Atifah was subjected to liquidation by the influential Houthis from Imran and Saada.

Atifah belongs to Al-Tahita, while Abu Zakaria belongs to Amran governorate.

Conflict situations have multiplied between the leaders and supervisors of the Houthi militia from Saada, Amran and Sana'a, and those who are from the local areas of the coast and Tihama, and who are taken as forced labor, as local tools by the militias to suppress and pursue the population and the youth, and for purposes of mobilization, recruitment, and financial levies.
