A huge fire broke out in the oil derivative tanks inside an army camp in Mocha city this afternoon and flames rose in the air.
Smoke billions rose, while a black cloud of thick smoke covered the city.
The strong winds contributed to the transfer of the fire from a house next to the garage of the Al-Zaraneeq camp to tanks filled with diesel and oil materials inside the camp.
Water tanks rushed to contribute to extinguishing the fire, while dozens of residents were evacuated from homes near the camp, fearing the fire would spread to the ammunition stores.
A bulldozer also stepped in and threw piles of dirt on the tanks that caught fire.
The strong winds contributed to the burning of the fires that came on the tanks filled with fuel, but the fire was later controlled.
