A humanitarian case in Abyan .. a handicapped unable to provide two batteries for his wheelchair

A citizen with special needs, in the governorate of Abyan, in southern Yemen, launched an appeal to provide two batteries for the wheelchair on which he depends.
Fahmi Hassan, who is from the city of Jaar, appealed to the local authority, humanitarian organizations and philanthropists to provide the price of two batteries for the wheelchair.
He said that his two wheelchair batteries were broken, and he could not provide the alternative due to his difficult financial and living conditions.
He pointed out that the costs of the two batteries amount to approximately (44,000) Yemeni riyals.
Fahmy became locked in his house in Abyan, after the wheelchair broke down, and he would not leave his home unless he used his young children help to move the heavy chair.
