Houthi infiltration foiled and weapons destroyed in southern Hodeidah

A field military source said that the joint forces thwarted attempts to infiltrate the militias east of the Al-Durahimi district on Friday evening, killing and wounding dozens.
A military source said that a militia armory was destroyed during the confrontations in Al-Durahimi.
On Friday, the joint forces responded to a large-scale attack by the Houthi militia on Hays district from three directions, amid indiscriminate shelling and intense targeting of various weapons in residential neighborhoods in the city of Hays, and a child was injured and transferred for treatment in Mocha.
Militias also launched an intense bombardment on the residential neighborhoods and Arwa Girls School in Al-Tahita district, south of Al Hodeidah governorate, with artillery.
In the past two days, dozens of Houthis have been killed and wounded during confrontations and attempted attacks and infiltration in the Hodeidah fronts and its southern countryside.
In Al-Barah, west of Taiz, 15 Houthi militias were killed by an artillery shell fired by the joint forces at a large gathering of militias in the Al-Barah front on the western coast.
