Many Yemenis residing in Sudan complained that they had begun to lose many of the benefits they had.

A special source stated that they are going to make vigils in front of the United Nations for refugees in the coming days, to demand their rights like any other Arab community.

The source stated that the treatment has changed towards the Yemeni resident, and they began to be treated differently on the level of work and humanitarian residency, stressing that most of the Yemenis present in Sudan are from the poor class and students.

The source added that a group of Yemenis was elected as representatives and contact with the refugee organization, but the concerned authority refused this and accused them of not being refugees or asylum seekers.

The protesters have appealed to the international organizations not to abandon them, as Yemen is going through a humanitarian crisis and a political conflict that has no horizon, with the knowledge of the United Nations and under its supervision.
