A ship of UAE aid dates arrives for the Hadhramaut poor

On Saturday, a UAE cargo ship carrying tons of luxury dates arrived at the Mukalla port in Hadhramaut, as a prelude to distributing it to eligible families.
The ship comes within the humanitarian support provided by the United Arab Emirates to Yemen, through its humanitarian arm represented by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority.
It is scheduled that the field teams of the UAE Red Crescent will distribute the shipment of dates to the deserving families in Hadhramaut Governorate during the coming days.
The United Arab Emirates tops the list of humanitarian supporters for Yemen, where it has continued for five years, to send humanitarian, relief, health and food aid shipments, in addition to fuel shipments to power stations, as well as the implementation of hundreds of humanitarian projects by the Emirates Red Crescent, including sectors: water, health, education and electricity in Not a Yemeni region.
