The report of the incident included documents and testimonies of the assassination.

According to an observer, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of his presence in the Houthi-controlled areas, the report was mainly aimed at accusing martyr President Ali Abdullah Saleh of the assassination, in an effort to distort Saleh's history as the anniversary of the December 2 uprising he led two years ago approached against the power of the Houthi coup.

The observer gave a detailed refutation of the most important report of the Houthi militia in its press conference through the Moral Guidance Department of the kidnapped Ministry of Defense in Sana'a.

Notes on the report of the Houthi press conference on the assassination of martyr President Ibrahim al-Hamdi:

First: General Remarks:

1 - There is nothing new in the size of Saudi influence since the Imami era and beyond, and during the seventies of the last century, including the days of the late President Ibrahim al-Hamdi, as indicated by the press conference itself.

2. Al-Hamdi's attempt to independence by the Yemeni decision, and the trend towards achieving Yemeni unity and the integration of the army, was achieved in practice during the era of Ali Abdullah Saleh, without direct collision with Saudi Arabia, and the remaining Saudi influence limited to common interests, and the Special Committee to support the sheikhs, which Saleh tried to counterbalance Iraqi Baathist influence in Yemen, attracted groups of sheikhs.

3 - Ibrahim al-Hamdi, Ahmed al-Gashmi, and Ali Abdullah Saleh, presidents of the Republic, and therefore the Houthis are not qualified to deal with topics related to the Republican era, and crying on Hamdi is nothing more than a scandalous political attempt to restore its relationship with the Yemeni people.

Second: Notes on the Press Conference:

1- The press conference clearly targets the martyr President Ali Abdullah Saleh from the Houthi efforts to distort his history, with the anniversary of the December 2 uprising led by Saleh against the coup authority.

2- It is normal to inform the public about the irrefutable facts in the assassination of the late martyr Ibrahim al-Hamdi, starting from the judiciary and not from the media, and the fact that what is described as "documents and testimonies" include in accusing foreign countries, the sensitivity of the situation and the impartiality of the internal judiciary under the authority of the Houthi coup; In particular, recourse to international tribunals is more appropriate to uncover the facts.

3 - The press conference was limited to giving information without opening the floor for discussion, and the media presence was limited to channels loyal or supporting the Houthis, which reinforces that the issue has nothing to do with Hamdi or the independent judiciary

4- Involving America and Israel in the context of the press conference, refers to the inclusion of the entire press conference in the course of the Houthi political discourse at the internal and external levels.

Third: Documents and Certificates:

1. It is supposed to focus almost entirely on what was said to be a document that dealt with the names of the perpetrators of the assassination, in the presentation process, and to identify its source and how to obtain it, rather than focusing on a document that was subsequent to the assassination months later.

2. The document, which is supposed to include names, is of the utmost importance because it concerns the assassination of a head of state, so it is unlikely to mention some of the names involved in the assassination of Hamdi and then say "and others," as in the press conference of Houthis in addition to contradiction with what was described as a witness.

3.The report, gives a summary of documents and testimonies, the names and functions of those present during the assassination, including the driver of Ghashmi, and this assumed an important position under the authority of the Houthi coup, and presumed reservation on those named and qualities until the judiciary determines their status in the case as witnesses or participants.

4 - The report cited what it considered the testimony of one of the attendees, who was closest to the place of the assassination, "the arrival of Ali Abdullah Saleh and his companion to the place of the assassination," disguised in women's clothing "and wrapped mattresses with a body inside, and then discharged, masked, with the Saudi military attache Saleh Hedyan, who also came to the scene disguised, and a lot of questions come up, such as: How did the witness, who clearly shows that he was one of the guards, identified the identity of Saleh and his companion, as he said, disguised in women's clothing? And disguise requires the face to be covered, which makes the supposed tool of disguise and how it is the closest guards to rest (the site of the assassination) did not prevent unknown women, one of which was driving a car - at the time - from entering a place supposed to It includes senior officials in the state and is ready to host the President of the Republic, although what the witness raises suspicion of the non-security person, so how one of the guards of dignitaries in the state, and then the justification for women's clothing at the entry only, as well as the entry of a-Hadian with mask and leaving without it, and why did Saleh leave with mask?!

5 - The witness said that the door was closed after the presence of al-Hamdi, and from the report, there was was about eight people in the halls , including al-Hamdi and the four Saudis, how come came to say that Ali Abdullah Saleh is the one who started shooting? Such information requires a witness that was in the same hall and at least among these eight, either the witness is a Saudi or one of the deceased, and these are impossible hypotheses, or that the witness from the very narrow circle of the assassination, and necessarily a participant that requires the Houthis to declare his name and reserve him as an accused and hand him over to the judiciary.

6 - The report mentioned that the direct killer is Saleh, his partner and Alhdian first, and then made Saleh is the main killer, but what is the source of information? How were the directors divided into direct and non-direct killers?

7. The report states that the late President Ali Abdullah Saleh issued instructions to the National Security by rumoring that he was present in Taiz during the assassination. The Houthi authorities are supposed to present such directives as documents from the authorities in Sanaa, especially since they have obtained a US document as they claim to monitor Saudi government correspondence.

8. The document presented by the reporter at the press conference of the Moral Guidance under the Houthi coup authority in Sana'a is an assumed copy of a US government document. Many questions come to mind: Why is the document written in Arabic, not English? Is the translation also American? And how was the penetration of US government correspondence? Who made the breakthrough, especially since the so-called document was not released from the US State Department documents on the Middle East in the 1970s? Was the document a daily report? Impossible, where it talked about different time periods of correspondence Alhadian until the arrival of the Saudi official, in the office of Sultan bin Abdulaziz on the Yemeni file, to Sanaa
