The lawyer Omar al-Humairi, said that the "Hadam Al-Dhabab" shot the owner of the gas station Salmin in Al-Dhabab area west of Taiz, for refraining from filling the tank kit, free of charge.
According to Al-Humairi, the owner of the station filled the kit tank with 20 liters at no charge, but the "Hadam Al-Dhabab" wanted to fill the tank with gasoline without paying
He added that the "Hamam Al-Dhabab" fired on the owner of the station, wounding him, pointing out that the culprit, took the victim to the front of the hospital Al-Buraihi, and threw him in the main street, bleeding, and fled to an unknown destination.
Haddam al-Dabab is an Islah-controlled Taiz security officer who is accused of serious abuses against the city's citizens.
