Major Ahmed al-Mikhlafi, deputy director of traffic police in Al-Mukha directorate, was hit by a car and taken to hospital for treatment
According to eyewitnesses, al-Mikhlafi, who was doing his job in organizing traffic on the main street, tried to stop a military kit that was going crazy.
Witnesses added that the driver deluded al-Mikhlafi by slowing down the speed, when he approached Mikhlafi, he increased his speed to run over him, in an incident with criminal suspicions.
A health source at the Mocha field hospital described al-Mikhlafi's case as serious, pointing out that doctors ordered him to be transferred to Aden.
