Houthis kill child in security checkpoint in al-Hawban, Taiz

The Houthi militias executed on Thursday a child in al-Hawban area, east of Taiz province, central Yemen.
A security source said to NewsYemen that the Houthi militias intercepted a public transport vehicle coming from Taiz city at the security point security in al-Hawban, east of Taiz province, and asked travelers to get off the car under the pretext of the existence of Daesh members among them.
The source said that the Houthis get off the travelers by force, the Houthis then shot and killed the child Basem Fuad al-Majedi, 15, then that the Houthis allowed the car to pass.
He pointed out that the child's family are working in beekeeping and selling honey, and they are from al-Amjod Shara'b al-Salam district in Taiz.
The child's father Fuad Hamoud Naji al-Majedi lives on 50th St. a suburb of Taiz city, controlled by the Houthi militias.
