Thousands gather in Abyan in support of UAE, denounce Qatar-backed Brotherhood campaign

Thousands of Abyan's people rallied Thursday in a massive demonstration in Zanzibar, the province's center, in support of the United Arab Emirates and its active role in the Arab Coalition.
Participants in the rally, which toured the streets of Zanzibar, carried flags of the United Arab Emirates and pictures of their leaders and banners supporting them, rejecting the Brotherhood campaigns against them.
The demonstrators held banners in which they affirmed their stand on the side of the United Arab Emirates against the hostile Muslim campaigns, and expressed their thanks to Abu Dhabi's efforts to liberate the Southern provinces and normalize life there.
A number of activists participating in the demonstration told "NewsYemen" that their participation in the march came to hail the valuation of the UAE stand and its sacrifices and support for the Yemeni people.
"We condemn the vicious campaign against the UAE, led by the Brotherhood of Qatar and their media horns," they said.
They stressed that this march in the capital of Abyan province is a clear message to both who are inside and outside the country that Abyan's fulfillment in return of UAE's fulfillment.
