Activists on social media shared on Wednesday a short video of an elderly woman complaining of an attempt by the Houthi militias to steal a piece of land she owned in Sana'a province
The video shows a woman who appears to be 60s years old, along with another female relative, who appeals to the de facto authorities in Sana'a to intervene and prevent the attempt to rob her land in Sana'a.
The elderly woman said " Cut our heads, imprison us, but We are Yemenis and this land is ours".
The woman took a piece of her clothes and set it on fire expressing the volume of oppression and injustice she exposed by Houthi militias who want to plunder her own piece of land by force.
