19th Brigade dismantles Houthi landmines in Shabwa

An Engineering Team at the 19th Infantry Brigade found a number of landmines in Hajlan area east of Hayed bin Aqil in Usaylan district in the southeastern province of Shabwa.
The team dismantled several mines on Tuesday, a source at the Engineering Team in the district said to NewsYemen.
For his part, Brigadier General Azzam al-Harthi, the Chief of Staff of the 19th Infantry Brigade, called for intensifying efforts to search for the remaining mines or projectiles in the district.
The Houthi militias had planted landmines during their takeover of the district, killing dozens among civilians in the province.
