A leader in the security belt was killed in clashes with the Brotherhood militia in Abyan

A leader in the security belt forces in Abyan Governorate, southern Yemen, died on Wednesday, as a result of his injuries in clashes with the Islah party militia, the local branch of the Muslim Brotherhood, in the Ahwar district.

Late Tuesday evening, armed clashes erupted between the Brotherhood's militia led by "Al-Awban" and a force from the security belt near a checkpoint in the Hanad Triangle west of Ahwar.


Security sources reported that Abu Ishaq Ilhaqi Al-Kazmi, the deputy commander of the security belt forces, in wages, died Wednesday morning, as a result of armed clashes with the Muslim Brotherhood in the triangle of Hanadh, west of the district. 


The sources pointed out that Al-Kazmi was seriously injured, who died hours later, and his body was buried in the Khumari cemetery after praying on him in the city of Ahwar.
