Presidential Council" directs the intensification of protection for officials of relief agencies in Yemen

Brigadier General Tariq Saleh, member of the Presidential Leadership Council, head of the Political Bureau of the National Resistance, directed to raise vigilance and intensify security protection for officials of humanitarian relief agencies in Yemen, following the assassination of the World Food Program coordinator in Taiz Governorate.
This came during a phone call made by Brigadier General Tariq Salih to the governor of Taiz, the head of the security committee, Nabil Shamsan, to find out the details of the arrest of those accused of the assassination of the World Food Program coordinator Moayad Hamidi - a Jordanian national - in the city of Turbah, south of the governorate.
Brigadier General Tariq Saleh stressed the need for the security services to carry out their duty in consolidating the foundations of security and prosecuting anyone who begged himself to harm the stability of Taiz and destabilize the general tranquility of citizens.
The member of the Presidential Leadership Council, head of the Political Bureau of the National Resistance, valued the security efforts in Taiz governorate, which were at the level of care and responsibility in dealing with the crime of targeting the representative of the World Food Program in the governorate.
