Aden, NewsYemen, exclusive:

Houthi leaders have harnessed their activity on social media, during the past days, to spread allegations and rumors about the events taking place in the liberated areas, with the aim of stirring up the situation there.

During the past few days, the Houthi leader, Muhammad al-Bukhaiti, published a number of tweets on his Twitter account, in which he tried to promote allegations of a Saudi intention to eliminate the Southern Transitional Council, against the backdrop of announcing the formation of the "National Shield" forces.

The Houthi leader claimed that "the Nation Shield forces continue to spread quietly in the areas of influence of the Transitional Council," asking, "Will the Transitional Council's silence continue until Saudi Arabia completes wrapping the rope around its neck?"

Al-Bukhaiti tried to reinforce his claims by claiming that Saudi Arabia had detained the leaders of the Transitional Council and prevented their return to Aden "unless it completes its control through the Salafists and the Afafish", which sparked cynical reactions in the face of the Houthi leader because of his ignorance of the fact that none of the leaders of the Transitional Council are present inside Saudi territory, and most of them are present in Aden, while the head of the council is in the Emirates.

Al-Bukhaiti's allegations were answered by the Saudi political analyst Turki Al-Qablan, who emphasized the brotherly relationship between Saudi Arabia and the Southern Transitional Council, considering the Houthi leader's tweet an attempt to sow discord and spread poisons in order to return to war.

While Al-Bukhaiti was busy trying to spread rumors in the south, his colleague Hussein Al-Ezzi tried to exploit the dispute that occurred between the Brotherhood activist Tawakkol Karman and the local authority in Ma'rib led by Sultan Al-Arada over the cancellation of an artistic concert on the occasion of the February 11 anniversary.

Where Al-Ezzi claimed that this step by Al-Arada came to gain the support of the supporters of former President Ali Abdullah Saleh, headed by a member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Brigadier General / Tariq Saleh, and to abandon the Muslim Brotherhood politically.

Al-Ezzi's allegations received cynical reactions from the followers, from the desperate attempts of the Houthi group to stir up disputes and conflicts among its opponents and assign its leaders to this task, which means an admission of the failure of its media machine to play this role.

Considering what Al-Ezzi and Al-Bakhiti are doing as evidence of the level of conviction of the leadership of the Houthi group that it is impossible to be able to return militarily to the liberated areas, to resort to these desperate attempts to target them with rumors and ridiculous allegations.
