Ma'rib, NewsYemen, Private:

For the fourth month in a row, the Ma'rib Brotherhood authorities continue to rebel against the decision of the Presidential Leadership Council to appoint Major General Hussein Al-Ajji Al-Awadi as Governor of Al-Jawf, to succeed the Brotherhood's Amin Al-Akimi.

Private sources revealed to "Newsyemen" that the management of the Central Bank branch in Marib has proceeded to pay the salaries of employees in Al-Jawf Governorate and the budget of the governorate, approved by the signature of the Brotherhood agent, Abdullah Al-Hashidi, who is affiliated with Al-Akimi and rebelled against the leadership of the Presidential Council.

The sources said that this came despite the fact that Jamal Al-Kamel, the branch manager of the Brotherhood Bank, had asked the governor, Hussein Al-Awadi, about two weeks ago, to sign the salary statements and the December budget of the local authority.

She explained that this came after receiving strict directives from the bank's management in Aden to approve Al-Awadi's signature and to stop spending the governorate's budget on the orders of the rebellious Brotherhood authority.

The sources pointed out that the director of the bank branch has been procrastinating for the past two weeks in disbursing the salaries of employees and the budget of the governorate, so that the leadership of the local authority in Al-Jawf was surprised when the bank branch paid them last Thursday, to the previous rebellious leadership.

The sources confirmed that what the Central Bank branch in Marib is doing in terms of rebellion against the governor of Al-Jawf Al-Awadi and under the directives of the Muslim Brotherhood, comes with the clear complicity of its governor and member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Sultan Al-Arada.
