The return of the slogan “We are all resistance” comes with a primary aim to obliterate the features of the state and rearrange military units outside the framework of the Presidential Council, with a mixture of the Popular Mobilization and the army under the control of the Islah Party under the name of the Coordinating Council of the Popular Resistance, led by Hammoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi, and in joint cooperation with Iran’s terrorist arm, with the aim of Bringing about a systematic coup against the Presidential Command Council and rebellion against future decisions, which will constitute a political, military and security change in the square of the liberated sector of Taiz city.
Al-Islah forces are restructuring their military arrangements in the formation of the Popular Mobilization Brigades "Liwa al-Tahrir, Liwa al-Sheikh", in the Yafras, Sabr and al-Ain camps to activate them within political and military objectives that preserve their political gains in various regions, especially in Taiz, so their activity resumed again after the events of Shabwa and reopened its headquarters And its political seminars from Taiz to Marib to Turkey - the local and international Brotherhood triangle.
Future risks
The activity of the so-called Coordinating Council of the Popular Resistance in Taiz has returned after days of battles in Shabwa governorate between the revolutionaries from Islah, the army and the southern resistance.
On the other hand, the reform forces want to obliterate the term of the army and its criteria for which it was established and to seize it under the name of the popular resistance, which was buried with the establishment of the army in November 2016.
According to a military source, Hammoud al-Mikhlafi, head of the so-called Coordinating Council of the National Resistance, rejected the idea of establishing an army and official brigades in Taiz and stuck to his choice to establish the Popular Mobilization Brigades to return again to the fore and direct his gun against presidential decisions in the name of the popular resistance, the association of the wounded and the families of martyrs and the term offering sacrifices.
