Sana'a, NewsYemen, private:

The terrorist Houthi militia, Iran’s arm in Yemen, has created an educational gap in the northern areas under its control, with which 7 years of education were lost for thousands of children, with the aim of creating a purely ISIS generation.

In full swing, Al-Houthi is working to consolidate his faith identity by imposing laws adopted by the terrorist organization ISIS, such as prohibiting mixing in schools and banning parties until graduation from them, with a compulsory course of organized lectures about the alleged Houthi battles of jihad, and engaging in activities within the movement in line with the policies of Iran’s arm  weapons training camps.

privatization of education

Militias are trying to make a living from every part of Yemen in the north, and have tended to privatize government education, which has caused the reluctance of many economically exhausted families after the Houthi cut their salaries to educate their children, to be matched by an increase in the rates of ignorance and illiteracy, according to international reports and local statistics.

The impact of Al-Houthi’s sectarianization and propaganda for education

After al-Houthi manipulated the contents of the Yemeni school curricula, most notably the subjects of Quranic studies, Islamic culture, Arabic language, national education, and history, directing children to violence and taking up arms and throwing them into the barricades of his fronts, this led to the emergence of violent behaviors, as a result of which many parents were killed and even some  Family members, at the hands of children whose minds were tampered with and booby-trapped under religious justifications fabricated by the militia to analyze and prohibit according to its Iranian political orientation.

Measures to save education

In the midst of the spread of technology and the availability of Internet lines in most Yemeni homes.  Educational electronic platforms, if provided, are considered legitimate in cooperation with international and humanitarian organizations.  - which spends huge sums of money in Yemen without any benefit mentioned - is the first solution to save thousands of children from ignorance and march towards Daesh.

Electronic platforms must be placed on the table of the international and Yemeni community, while teachers will be able to deliver lessons and save them on the Internet, in an educational path that supports government certificates, while facilitating its access to the areas of Iran's arm.

The project requires that the legitimate government liberate communications and control of internet lines from the grip of the Houthi militia, which generates huge sums of money and revenues, to ensure that no educational platforms are blocked on the Internet.

It is noteworthy that the number of children out of school reached about two million, according to statistics in 2021, and other reports indicated that the number reached 3 million, while 400,000 children are added to the illiteracy list, according to Houthi statistics!
