Hadi's legacy for the Brotherhood.. "blank" republican decisions.
English - Monday 12 September 2022 الساعة 09:24 amLocal sources in Taiz revealed that the Axis leadership had established a new military brigade called the "Victory Brigade" led by a brotherhood teacher, without a decision to that effect from the Presidential Council or the Ministry of Defense.
According to the sources, the new military formation is made up of individuals from the 17th Infantry Brigade, which is under the control of the Brotherhood, in addition to the battalions and factions of the 35th Armored Brigade stationed in the Kadha Front.
According to the sources, the leadership of the axis has entrusted the leadership of this newly created military formation to Rami Al-Khalidi, a teacher from the Brotherhood members and involved in many violations and crimes in Taiz.
And she said, that the leadership of the axis claims that there was a decision to create this brigade by the former Minister of Defense, Lieutenant-General / Mohamed Al-Maqdashi, who was dismissed from his position in late July.
These allegations raised suspicions of the Brotherhood's possession of undeclared republican decisions in the civil, military and ministerial corps, as a result of its control over the decision during the period of former President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi.
In this context, informed sources revealed that the Ministry of Legal Affairs received files of republican decisions issued with appointments in the military and security institutions, in the diplomatic corps and in civil institutions, from the archives of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic during the administration of Abdullah Al-Alimi.
The sources said that most of what was contained in these files were not original copies of the decisions of the Republic, but merely pictures, and that some of them did not bear a number for the decision, while some of them carried a number for another decision.
The sources pointed out that this absurdity came due to the performance that characterized the period of former President Hadi, and the monopoly of his office in Riyadh, represented by Al-Alimi, to issue decisions without referring to the Ministry of Legal Affairs to formulate, number and document them.
The sources suggested that the Brotherhood would have (blank) republican decisions signed by Hadi, his deputy, or al-Maqdashi, to use them when needed, which represents a challenge to try to reconsider the decisions issued during the last period.
In the past years, activists have raised the issue of the sequence of decision numbers published by the official "Saba" agency, which revealed a big difference between each announced decision and the previous one, which means that there are unknown, undeclared decisions.
