Aden, NewsYemen, special:

Since the first hours of the announcement of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Brotherhood launched its war on the council, and it became the first enemy of the group, which no longer has hostility with the Houthi militias, at least superficially, and it has been coordinating, serving and signing truces with the militias far from the state since the start of the coup.

The Presidential Council is a lifeline and the last hope for Yemenis for the return of the state, services, order and law. It found itself in a confrontation with the Brotherhood, whose leadership says it supports it more than confronting the Houthi group. Brotherhood channels and activists of the group did not stop attacking it and trying to undermine it until the situation reached the military coup against the Houthis decisions in Shabwa governorate.

The Brotherhood believes that their looting of wealth, their control of decision-making and positions, and their influence in the armed forces became threatened after the formation of the Leadership Council, which made them direct their weapons, media and everything they had to thwart it.

Politicians believe that the Brotherhood will continue its attempts to thwart and dismantle the council and stop that comes by imposing the state on everyone and ridding the military, security, economic and diplomatic establishment of Brotherhood control.

The journalist, Yasser Al-Yafei, editor-in-chief of the Yafa News website, said in a tweet, that the Brotherhood’s goal has become clear and evident, which is to thwart the Presidential Leadership Council and try to dismantle it militarily, politically and in the media, through rebellion against its decisions on the ground and incitement against it in their media and their channels.

He explained that the Brotherhood is using their last card in Yemen and will lose it.

Al-Yafei indicated, in another tweet, that the Brotherhood, through its arms that is still in legitimacy, wants to explode the situation in Hadhramaut, and they are the ones who cry if the situation explodes there like what happened in Shabwa.

Al-Yafei added, it is shameful that a security commander is appointed from outside the governorate, while everyone is talking about empowering the people of Hadhramaut to administer and protect their governorate.

Media activist Wadah bin Attia said in his tweet, it is clear that the Brotherhood has intensified coordination in an unprecedented way with the Houthi militia with the aim of undermining the work of the Presidential Leadership Council and thwarting the outcomes of the Riyadh agreement and consultations.

Ibn Attia added in another tweet, in a field operations room from Marib, the Brotherhood is leading the process of undermining the Presidential Council on the ground in a number of governorates, and an operations room in Qatar is leading the Brotherhood a media and political battle with the aim of thwarting the Presidential Council and with generous financial support from Qatar.

Political writer Khaled Salman stressed that the Brotherhood's attempt to declare an all-out war will lead to the end of the group.

Salman asked in his tweet: Will Islah reach the stage of declaring a comprehensive war against legitimacy that extends from Hadramawt to Shabwa to Abyan to Taiz?  If he wanted to shoot him in the head, let him do so.

Journalist Basem Al-Shuaibi explained that the Brotherhood was the first reason for the Houthi expansion and control over Yemeni territory and the failure of all battles against Iran's proxies.

Al-Shuaibi tweeted, Did the Brotherhood add value to the national battle against the Houthis?

He pointed out that the reality says that they have weakened the resistance movement and legitimacy and caused the Houthis to strengthen and expand, and the evidence is that the UAE in 2015 brought the Houthis to a thirst on the outskirts of Sanaa.

He stressed that because of the Brotherhood's betrayal, the Houthis returned to Bayhan and the Balk Mountains overlooking the center of Ma'rib Governorate.
