Aden, NewsYemen:

Leaders of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard displayed Iranian missile models in a defense exhibition in the State of Qatar, which includes the largest US military base in the region.

Some commanders of the Revolutionary Guards, who are attending the defense exhibition in Doha, from March 21 to 23, gathered in the Iranian pavilion, which carries a large poster of a speedboat that includes members of the special forces, while others inspect the exhibition grounds.

The commanders of the Guard also passed in front of the group surrounding the commander of the US Fifth Fleet, and took pictures on their phones of an Italian armored personnel carrier, and inspected Turkish automatic rifles.

In a pavilion adjacent to the Revolutionary Guards' wing, the US company General Atomics displayed its MQ-9B unmanned aircraft.

Reuters said that the presence of the leaders of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in the exhibition seemed "shocking", because it comes in light of the Gulf countries' concern that the United States might cancel its designation of the Iranian Guard as a terrorist organization, as part of efforts to revive a nuclear agreement with Iran.

The activity of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, which is directly affiliated with Supreme Leader Ayatollah "Ali Khamenei", expanded through his proxies in the region and included Yemen, where the Houthi group launched a missile attack on Saudi oil facilities last week.

Riyadh accuses Iran of arming the Houthis, and blames Tehran for an attack in 2019 on the stronghold of the kingdom's energy industry, and attacks on tankers in the Gulf waters, while Iran denies these charges.

It was reported that Washington is considering removing the shares of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard from the list of terrorist organizations in exchange for Iranian guarantees to curb the activity of the special force that controls a commercial empire.
