The coalition thwarts a Houthi attack on giant oil tankers in the Red Sea

 On Wednesday, the Arab coalition announced the destruction of two booby-trapped boats of the terrorist Houthi militia, Iran's arm in Yemen, and thwarting an imminent hostile attack in the southern Red Sea.

The coalition said, in a statement, that the two boats were prepared to attack the giant oil tankers that crossed the Bab al-Mandab strait in the southern Red Sea.

He added that the attempt to launch the two booby-trapped boats was prepared from the Hodeidah Governorate in western Yemen.

He pointed out that the Houthi militias are escalating their hostile attacks to target energy sources and the backbone of the global economy.

Two days ago, the coalition announced the destruction of a booby-trapped boat in Hodeidah, and thwarted an imminent attack targeting shipping.
