Aden, NewsYemen:

On Sunday, US National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan condemned the attacks launched by the terrorist Houthi militia, earlier on Sunday, on civilian and economic facilities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Sullivan said in a statement: "These attacks targeted water treatment facilities as well as oil and natural gas infrastructure"

He added, "The Houthis launched these terrorist attacks with the support of Iran, which provides them with missile and drone components, training and expertise, in violation of United Nations security."

He pointed out that "Security Council resolutions prohibit the export of arms to Yemen."

"It is time to end this war, but this can only happen if the Houthis agree to cooperate with the United Nations and its envoy who is working on a gradual process to de-escalate the conflict," he added.

"The United States is fully behind these efforts, and we will continue to fully support our partners in defending their territories against Houthi attacks," he affirmed.
